You definitely have to an outfit with gold or brass stars on it. Hepburn’s dress was fantastic. It was probably tea length. Have you considered wearing t-strap shoes or mary janes. Shoes have now replaced hats when comes to finishing an outfit. I sewed all the way through my 30s, worked in a bridal shop, and still helps se costumes.
