Jim, what a lovely read. I’m my 40s I spent an hour 2-3 times a week practicing yoga in addition to my class. Meditation was an insurmountable slog until my teacher taught Pratyahara. Now, I can rejoice in ‘my crabbiness,’ because I know I’m alive to my emotions. Before this I didn’t know what they were. Stepping off the merry-go-round of anxiety & fear added 4 hours of quality to my day. What a blessing
