I'm feeling so much better about being a nosy neighbor. I saw a strange guy get out of a car, look both way and walk towards the bus line. I waited 2 days before calling the police. The next day a woman knocked on my door and thanked me for calling the police. She let that guy borrow her car. He confessed and gave her keys back.
