I went to one practice for an hour and could barely walk for two days.

I gave up competing in local tournaments because playing at the 5.0 level was brutal on my body. Playing pickleball caused me more injuries than all my prior sports combined, including ski racing, soccer, collegiate, and senior USTA tennis.
