I had to look twice when my query got accepted

Because I’m not one of the most prolific writers with a gazillion followers. However, I read lots of different stories and I take the time to comment. John O'Neill clapped for all my stories.

How did that make me feel?
Special.

John recently retired from this platform, but his ongoing support helped me develop my writing muscles. Carolyn Hastings wrote a wonderful tribute and twittle about John. I tried but since I can’t follow directions, Carol says I created a new poetic form.

How did that make me feel?
Chortling (it almost rhymes)

I’ve been writing on the platform for three years and have been an active editor for six months. In that time, I’ve learned that grammar rules of English are vastly different in different parts of the world.

I’m impressed that ProWritingAid has settings for US, Canada, British, Australia, and general, but where are the settings for India, Pakistan, Nigeria, and the Philippines? (refer to the hyperlink for English-speaking population size.) English is spoken and written — correctly — in many ways.
