Awesome share. Drinking was and is an integral part of my birth family’s culture. My dad’s early death was due to alcohol abuse and his early death meant he missed out on all his grandkids. I would have settled for sober play dates. he was that affectionate. Treatment programs have changed and addictions are part of a wider diagnosis.
