Ask to be a writer at A Daily Cuppa. They are short reads and the editors are kind and helpful. It took me 3 years to feel comfortable writing for the public. Yet when I look at my earlier writing it still stands up. Writing poetry keeps me limber and invigorates me. Put your doubt in a drawer; it will soon dry out.
